Colleen Drosdeck, PsyD

Sometimes life feels really hard. When school, work, or relationships aren’t going the way you want them to, everything can feel overwhelming and insurmountable. Perhaps you’re hoping to work through difficult life events, life-changing transitions, or find an overall sense of peace and happiness. Maybe you’re trying to make significant lifestyle changes or want to understand yourself better. I’m excited to join you on whatever journey you seek. While I love working with individuals and couples of all ages, I feel I most excel at assisting clients who are navigating adolescence and emerging adulthood.

My goal is to establish a comfortable environment for you to find your best self. I use a personable, interactive, strengths-based and solution-focused approach to help you meet your personal mental health and wellness goals. The therapeutic relationship is important, and I strive to meet you where you are to develop a place of healing and discovery.

Taking the first step is hard, and I appreciate you seeking psychological support. If you have any questions about me, therapy, or the therapeutic process, reach out today! Please send me an email or give me a call if you’d like to get connected. I look forward to meeting you!

Elizabeth Hansen, PsyD

If you're navigating significant life transitions, I'd love for us to connect! Working on boundaries? Finding work/life balance? Considering a major change? It is possible for you to achieve your goals. When life throws challenges at you, the stress may feel insurmountable. Together, we’ll figure out what’s getting in your way and keeping you stuck.

I specialize in working with individuals and couples building their families. Has trying to conceive taken over your life? Does your fertility journey have you feeling lost and out of control? Struggling to grow your family is a complicated grief process that’s hard for friends and family to understand. Psychological support during fertility treatments can help you find confidence in yourself to manage the hard stuff and get you on a path to a happy, balanced, and fulfilling life. If your family-building journey has taken you to the potential use of a donor or gestational carrier, I am skilled in conducting 3rd party reproduction consultations to help you explore the best path forward for you.

Therapy is a team effort. We work together to find what works best for us to gain understanding, identify solutions, and find peace. Send me an email and let's get started! As a psychologist participating in PSYPACT, I can provide telehealth services to individuals in most states.
